That's all for now. Of course all the tunes are copyrighted, but feel free to play them as much as you like. I'd love to hear any comments.

All of these tunes were written for a guitar trio. I've played a few with tenor. The group sound is modern, i.e. Jarrett, Scofield, etc.
Horse-Breaking Hector Written in English class while studying "The Iliad". Standard tune form with some blues and country flavors. Kicks in section C are for bass and drums.
Observation Fast swing modalish kind of thing. When we play it the drums lay out for the pick-up and the first two and a half beats of bar one each time through the head.
Baguette A tune about bread. Note the time changes during the solos.
The Invisible Mike Straight eighth (not rock) jazz feel. 7+7+8+7 bar structure.
bloom A free tune. I've only played it once on a gig with just drums, guitar and alto. Slow enough to contemplate your navel.
Dilate Little 10 bar ditty. More straight eigth introspection.
Elephant Magic I like the title as much as the tune. Form of the head and solos is AAB. C is used as an interlude after the head, between solos, and before the head out.
